Purpose built for holiday lets in 2001, the cottages are constructed
to modern building standards, with traditional exteriors, and are
comfortably furnished and equipped. Each cottage sleeps
four, with one double bedroom, and one twin bedded room,
all with ensuite bathrooms.
The cottages are well equipped and comfortable. Most of the
accommodation is on the ground floor and is
easily accessible by wheelchair.
The front door leads into an entrance porch with
cloakroom. This gives access to the main living area comprising
open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with patio doors leading
to your own private sitting area with garden furniture.

The two cottages are built to the same high standard, and
offer the same level of accommodation and equipment, the
only difference being in the colour scheme.
Roebuck Cottage is decorated in a bright, cheerful
yellow colour (click here for a

whereas Swallow Cottage is a calm green
(click here for a
virtual tour).
Also, you are welcome to bring a dog to Roebuck Cottage provided you
let us know when you make your booking, Swallow Cottage is kept pet
free.

The kitchen is well laid out and contains an electric oven and hob,
microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher and automatic washer-dryer.
A radio-CD player is also provided.
Although the cottages sleep 4, there is a 6 place dining set.
Opposite the dining table, a passage leads to the
bedrooms.

The lounge area is set around the patio doors, enjoying the view
out across the bay. The three seater settee is on one side of the
doors, and two arm chairs are set on either side of a log-effect
electric stove. Stairs lead up from the lounge to the TV lounge
on the mezzanine level.

The cottages are all-electric, heating is by electric convector
heaters and storage heaters with a log effect electric stove in the
lounge. Hot water is by immersion heater. All electricity charges
are included in the rent. The cottages are double-glazed and well
insulated.
A travel cot, and high chair are available by prior arrangement.
A payphone is provided in each cottage.
